Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, contact us at support@skinrescueco.com.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not accept returns on used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
